I bought a foldable sunhat and it's really nice. A proper, attractive sunhat that just happens to roll up. But actually what stood out was the customer service from Luscious Scarves. When my delivery arrived, the brim of the hat was damaged. Sonya and the team at Luscious Scarves were so helpful, immediately organising a free-of-charge Royal Mail collection from my house – no need for me to trek off to a post office – and sending out a replacement (which is perfect).
