If you are unhappy with your online purchase we will be happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to refund earrings.

Our friendly customer service team will do their best to process all refunds swiftly. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products ( excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
